In January 2012, NDOL Streamside Thai Villas was honored to be recognized at the Thailand Boutique Hotel Awards ceremony when it received the Silver Award in the category of Luxury River Hotels – Green, Nature & Environment. The awards celebrate the individuality of boutique hotels that strive to create their own identity using creative and unique designs and concepts.

The first Thailand Boutique Awards was held in 2010, organized by The KrungThai Card and in conjunction with the Krungthep Turakij newspaper, with participation of boutique hotels with 3–79 rooms. Its objective was to promote the trend of “Boutique Hotels”, which have started to play an important role in the tourism industry and have won much popularity amongst tourists, both Thais and foreigners.
